What is Evolution to Wellbeing?

Evolution to Wellbeing is an outdoor fitness community committed to
holistic health and working together towards a better world through our You Move Me charity.

 

With picturesque locations across Sydney, sessions are held throughout the week with some weekend options. 
Our programs include a wide range of exercise to provide a balanced and motivating program.
From yoga, to boxing, to cardio and weight training. Our programs have something for everyone.
Each session you attend triggers a donation to You Move Me, a charity giving the gift of mobility and independence to the underprivileged.

FAQs

What time do sessions start?

Depending on the timetable, sessions generally start at 6am, 7am and 9am. You can move between locations during the week to catch all your favourite sessions.

Sessions always start on time, and last 60 minutes.

What does a typical timetable look like?

Generally most members like to do at least one wellbeing session (yoga or pilates) and at least two cardio or strength sessions (boxing or HIIT) in order have a nicely balanced timetable.

How many sessions can I attend each week?

Our most popular package offers Unlimited Sessions for $57/wk, but there are other packages for three sessions and two sessions per week.

What happens if it's raining?

Sessions go ahead regardless of the weather. On particularly wet days, we move to a pre-determined wet weather location.

How fit do I have to be?

Come just as you are. We welcome any and every fitness level and we don't just say that. We customise each session to suit the different fitness levels within the  group. 

What if I can't make, or miss a session?

If you can't make a session, you can attend another class later in the week. If you go away on holidays, you can also freeze your membership with a simple online form.
