Our Redfern Group launched in Spring 2013 and quickly became the most popular and successful outdoor training option amongst the Redfern locals.

Based at Redfern Park it has become a community hub offering exceptional group training and an opportunity for locals to connect within their community. Redfern now offers sessions at 6am,7am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday allowing members to train whenever it fits into their lifestyle and to always have a session to attend. 

The park itself borders Surry Hills, Alexandria and Redfern and is a perfect Inner City training base. 

Annabel Saies - Redfern Head Trainer

Annabel began her evolution experience as a client at our Rushcutter's Bay group in when she first moved to Sydney from Adelaide. Through training at Evolution Annabel discovered the power of training with a community  and how much this supported and changed her experience of moving to a new city.

Having studied Contemporary Dance and Performance for 3 years in Perth, Annabel found herself hungry to learn more about movement and the body, which she did by completing her 200Hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and Cert 3 In Group Training.

Annabel's passion is to guide and support people to understand and engage with their bodies through multiple ways of moving and seeing the affect movement has physically, mentally and emotionally on people.

Through her creativity and experience working in the industry Annabel aims to build an experience and a journey for her members at Redfern, where they can continuously surprise themselves as to the potential of the human body and mind, to make lasting change.

Variety is the key to results, loving your training and building the habit.

We give you loads of different sessions for your strength,  body-mind and cardio training.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
