With both a strong commitment to fitness goals and a healthy appreciation of all things social, the Queens Park KLIK offers a uniquely welcoming experience. The KLIK’s head trainer, Steph, offers varied, challenging and and rewarding training sessions every morning. The KLIK’s main training ground is the upper field of Queens Park near the cricket pavilion on Darley Rd, providing expansive lawn space and hills. Other nearby locations add variety to the training schedule throughout the week.

We give you loads of different sessions for your strength,  body-mind and cardio training.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
