It’s about friendships, fun, feeling good, both inside and out, and achieving things you never thought you would! The Narrabeen group is all about motivating one another to progress through an authentic sense of community. Our training backdrop is the stunning Narrabeen beach, an iconic surfing and swimming spot. We also cater for Mum’s and bubs, offering group exercise sessions with onsite childcare and qualified nannies.
Bernadette (Bernie) Clarke has been involved in competitive sport as far back as she can remember, playing both representative netball, as well as touch football for NSW. She became passionate about inspiring people to make exercise a pivotal component of their busy lives when she met her business partner, Carolyn Bradley whilst on maternity leave at their local gym.
Carolyn has a love of strength and conditioning training and, after 20 years working in the corporate world and the birth of her first child, decided to follow her passion and become a Cert III & IV qualified fitness instructor. Carolyn also has her Diploma of Sport Development and is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle for new mums and those who just want to experience the best of what the Northern Beaches has to offer.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
