Bronte is where the evolution journey began back in 2001. Not only is it our flagship location, it’s also famous for its stunning sunrises, crystal clear water & dolphin sightings. The groups meets adjacent to the kids train track and sessions are available 5 days a week year round.

Matt Buckland - Bronte Head Trainer

Matt Buckland has been evolution's lead Bronte Trainer since 2010. His complete dedication to his group is the stuff of legend in the Bronte community. Matt's incredible commitment, total consistency and care for each and every member has enabled him to support them to achieve incredible results. Matt asks nothing more than the best of people. He asks them to dig deep and embrace consistency and he becomes their partners in that process. That is why he is such an inspring trainer and why his clients trust him completely. Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
