Annie’s focus on strength training using a range of equipment and high intensity interval training gets results. She also runs amazing boxing sessions, which will keep your heart and your brain working in top gear. It is SO much fun!


The other big part of the challenge focuses on healthy lifestyle habits. Annie is a great motivator and leads by example. She will help you to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF! Meal plans and recipes to help you get back on track are an integral part of the program. There are 9:30am and 6pm classes here in Elkington Park Balmain and 6am classes in Taplin Park Drummoyne.

Annie Knox - Elkington Park Head Trainer

Annie’s motto in life is “if you don’t use it – you lose it.”   And if you’ve lost it, Annie will help you get it back! As a master trainer Annie holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, is a qualified cycle, boxing, kick boxing, aqua, seniors, aerobics, power lifting and Les Mills instructor.

Annie also has the blessing of life experience on her side. As an “older instructor” she can identify with the dreaded kilo creep that happens as the years progress and what needs to happen to get it gone.

Annie loves teaching outdoors. Having taught in gyms for 10 years, she loves the space and variety of terrain that training outside offers. She trains in Elkington Park, a local and historic park set on the foreshore of Balmain right next to the Dawn Fraser swimming pool. This glorious park has a breathtaking view of the bay and Cockatoo Island.

Join Annie and her dynamic group for some amazing training sessions. Annie’s maxim for training is that if the time doesn’t just fly by, she is not delivering!

We give you loads of different sessions for your strength,  body-mind and cardio training.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
