Warriors!!! We're 2 thirds of the way through our Winter Warrior campaign and hasn't it taken us through some challenging conditions?
Through all of this you have stayed tough, you have tested your resolve and you have responded with energy and intention.
You have bonded with your Warrior teammates and built strong teams that can help you overcome obstacles that you could not do alone.
SATURDAY 16th of August will be the day to prove your true warrior spirit!
The morning will look like this..

SATURDAY 16th of August will be the day to prove your true warrior spirit!
The morning will look like this..
- You and your fellow warriors drive to Nielson Park in Vaucluse with a spare set of clothes
- As a tribe, we'll put you through your paces with the Ultimate WARRIOR session, something worthy of finishing your campaign victoriously
- From there THE TOUGHEST OF WARRIORS (that's you right?) will be put to their true test by partaking in the ICY HARBOUR DIP, well known amongst ALL TRUE warriors as the ONLY way to celebrate a successful campaign.
If you're questioning whether this session is for you WATCH THIS VIDEO FIRST. Wim Hof creates 'Inner Fire' to test the limits of what the human body can withstand.
The rules are simple - Turn up, complete the session then make a run for it into the water and hold your ground for 5 MINUTES!
Your trainers have set rewards bonus points within your teams so we will be sure to let them know who attends and more importantly who dares head in for the DIP!
Last year 4 groups completed their own Warrior Dips successfully but we think it would be made EVEN better with a combined effort as all the tribes come together for ONE FINAL TEST so rally your troops and lock it in your diary NOW!
