You’re busy, you work hard, you train hard. You might find it challenging to fit everything in. Pull your socks up, take an extra few minutes to get organized and shave minutes off your morning preparation time to make life at 6am a little easier.

 

  1. Create a weekly or monthly eating plan
  2. Do your grocery shopping online (based on the above eating plan)
  3. Cook double the amount to ensure an easy lunch the next day
  4. Pack your bags the night before- workout gear laid out, clothes sorted, EVERYTHING you need for the following day
  5. Set your alarm for the time you have to get up AND GET UP. NO snooze!

You could just wear your training clothes to bed!
