Mike Britton

Mike aka "Old Bull" is the original founder of evolution back in 2001. Since then he has supported thousands of clients and hundreds of trainers to achieve their fitness, wellbeing and life goals.

With over 30 000 people having participated in evolution's programs in NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ there has been lots of opportunity for learning and evolution.

Mike's other passion in the wellbeing space is mens health and since 2018 he has been focusing on men's personal leadership, longevity and brain function as part of his new concept the 22 Movement

Mike is also one of the co-founders of YBell's a revolutionary piece of fitness equipment taking the world by storm and available in 42 countries as at 2020.

We give you loads of different sessions for your strength,  body-mind and cardio training.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
