As they watch the sun rise over Australia’s most iconic beach, the Bondi group is a sure to be hard at work. The KLIK meets on the lawn beside the Pavilion, with each high-intensity session making use of the sand and beach-side path. Dose up on power yoga or push through a longer run when we join other KLIKs in the area for weekly merged sessions. Under Aaron’s able leadership, this group trains tougher and has a lot more fun than any bootcamp we know!

Aaron Laurence has perfected the art of drawing the potential out of anyone and everyone. Holding Certificates III and IV in Fitness, Aaron has been in the fitness industry for over ten years You will be hard pressed to find a trainer more dedicated to delivering amazing sessions to his group. Aaron loves to help his KLIK realise that they can work harder than they ever  thought. In 2013 Aaron (or Azza as he is more affectionately known) won the American Express Service Excllence Award. Be sure to ask him about that and the YBell, an incredible piece of equipment that he invented that is taking the world by storm.

We give you loads of different sessions for your strength,  body-mind and cardio training.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
