Balmoral Oval, the KLIK’s spacious training ground, offers stunning views across Sydney Harbour to the Heads. The KLIK’s alternate location, St Leonards Park in North Sydney, is highly accessible, with sessions also occasionally held in Kirribilli.

We give you loads of different sessions for your strength,  body-mind and cardio training.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.
