Each week, your training program will include diverse elements to encourage holistic health. Our repertoire of different sessions gives you loads of options for your strength and cardio training. Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells. Whatever your fitness goal or preferred workout style, there's something for you at Evolution To Wellbeing. The Rose Bay KLIK trains at 6am every weekday morning.
