Outdoor Training Sessions

Variety is key to effective training and a balanced body. That is why our session content changes all the time. Our trainers choreograph regularly and constantly improving existing session content and create new classes.

Most importantly your individual needs and likes and dislikes are taken into account at every session. That's what makes the evolution concept truly you unique.

Each and every day you can choose from a range of activities in a diverse list of locations. You might opt for a 30 minute run or a full hour of boxing. You might choose an Ocean kayak followed by pilates or yoga. Or maybe you will just stick to kettlebells and weight training.....that's what makes you have a tailor made program and makes us uniquely evolution.

Here are a sample of some of the activities we combine in a session ...

Agility Blast

A challenging and fun class using hurdles, ladders and cones to improve agility & co-ordination.

Barbell Weights

Build and tone your muscles with outdoor weights training using barbells for total body free weight exercises.

Bosu Blitz

Working with BOSUs (a platform that challenges balance) to strengthen and challenge balance and co-ordination - nothing works the core more than these little blue domes.

Cardio Boxing

Hi-intensity boxing drills to get your heart racing.

Kayaking

Get out on the water and feed your soul on Sydney Harbour.

Kettlebells

Using this traditional Russian weight to develop muscular strength, flexibility and power.

Moving Circuit

Moving through the park. Using natures obstacles for a combo cardio and strength session.
