The massage Arlene specializes in is deep tissue remedial including acupressure points. First Arlene prepares the body first with the acupressure, cross fibering the muscles and getting the body ready for the extraordinary changes that will take place. The method allows the soft tissue and muscle to let go and puts the body in a balanced state, resulting in huge changes.

Arlene has been massaging for over 12 years and is based on the Vaucluse/Rosebay border.

Arlene is a natural healer and is also a life coach and can provide this service or a combined service of the two.
