How do we train?

The how of evolution outdoors is based on thousands of hours of sessions and hundreds of hours analysing and perfecting our program since its launch in 2001.

What is unique about our program is that it allows you as a participant to create a structure specific to your needs, goals, likes, and dislikes.

We have actually stopped and asked you what you want and then thought about the best way to deliver it.

What is clear is that a great program has lots of variety. That keeps it interesting, sustainable and provides the maximum overall benefits from your training.

Varied Activities: Your program includes everything from yoga to boxing, pilates, strength training, kettlebells, running groups, kayaking, stretch classes, bosu circuits and more. We are constantly introducing new equipment and class formats on a monthly basis.

Varied Locations: Sessions in the same place can become boring. To spice it up you meet your group members in different places on different days. These locations are all nice and close to home and easy to find. We try and look for different terrain and topography that adds to your overall session experience.

Varied Trainers: While you are looked after by your very own personal trainer called an evolutionary, you also have access to as part of your program, our specialist instructors who teach the other disciplines. At most sessions you have access to a minimum of two instructors doing two different activities i.e. boxing and yoga.

Varied Participants: The beauty of our groups is that they cater for a range of different people of different ability levels and different walks of life who have one thing in common, they are committed to training at 6am. So it becomes a great place to make friends and meet interesting people. Who knows where it might end up.

Varied Attendance: You are not bound to particular days, sessions per week or locations. You can create the attendance pattern that works for you and your lifestlye. The program runs throughout the year and you can start whenever it works for you.

Varied support options: We have the tools available and you decide what you need. We can assist you with goal setting, nutrition coaching, lifestyle support, access to massage and destress options etc. Think of us as your lifestlye toolbox. You take what you need from it.
