At Evolution we run 2-3 weekend retreats a year as an optional extra for our clients and the wider Evolution community. We view the retreats as an integral part of what we offer our clients as we strive to provide a complete health and wellness solution.
We all know how important it is to take time out for ourselves, but in today’s fast paced society it is easier said than done. That’s were Evolution Retreats come in!
Our retreats are unlike anything on offer. They are a weekend of: yoga, bushwalking, mountain biking, contemplation, beautiful food, great company, lots of laughs, meditation, scenic walks and jogs, fresh clean air, bonding and community. Click here to see some retreat pics.

Here is an example of the activities you are likely to do on retreat:

| Late afternoon - Arrive and check in | 7am - Energising workout and stretch | 7.30am - Boxing in the Paddock |
| 6.30pm onwards - Light supper and board games (early night recommended) | 8am - Breakfast | 9am - Breakfast |
| 9am - Mountain bike ride with bush walk to waterfall for swim | 10am - Visit to the Shuntaram Forest Monastery to chant with the monks | |
| 12.30pm - Picnic lunch, recharge and free time | 1pm - Buffet lunch, free time | |
| 3pm - Yoga / Meditation | 3pm - Retreat wrap up and set off for home | |
| 4pm - Life Contemplation session | ||
| 5pm - Relax in solar springs and sauna overlooking Morton National Park | ||
| 6.30pm onwards - BBQ, relax, campfire songs and star-gazing |
All activities are designed to cater for all levels and all are optional - do as little or as much as you want!
