You know how we feel about group training so you might be wondering why we offer personal training.

The reason, as you have already discovered Evolution is all about you creating a program that fits into exactly what you are looking for.

Most our evolutionaries offer personal training as well and all of them are expert trainers with between 2 and 15 years of industry experience.

The cost of sessions ranges between $ 70 and $ 120 per class depending on the trainer selected, session time and session location.

Sessions are offered outdoors, in your homes, at local affiliated gyms and in a corporate environment.

Most of our instructors offer an initial session at no charge.
